Hello, I just found your blog via Tudiabetes. I am a very newly diagnosed T1 (in addition to being an Interactive Creative Director - nice looking site!) I started clicking around and came across this post and a rush of memories flooded forth. My first job out of college, 21 years ago, was an illustrator's rep at The Pushpin Group. I represented Push Pin's co-founder and then-principal Seymour Chwast, This is one of the first jobs I negotiated for him. I had no idea what diabetes was at the time, but I should have paid more attention -- I ended up having 8 out of 9 of the symptoms before being diagnosed in the ER with an a1c of 15.6!
